After Hours
When an urgent need arises after our scheduled office hours, you can reach us through our answering service at our main number at 919-828-4747. If you need medical triage advice, the call will be transferred to the after hours triage services.
There is a $22 charge for calls ONLY after 8 pm that need the Nurse Triage Service, and this will be billed directly to you. We will waive this fee for calls regarding newborns <90 days old or calls where the call result to an Emergency Room visit based on the nurse triage advice line. Reminder that all calls from 8am to 8pm are free (except after 5pm on Fridays).
Our office is closed for holidays and during inclement weather.
