Question: Where is the new office located?
Answer: It is located at 3700 Barrett Drive. It is on Six Forks Road between Midtown (Costco/Wegmans) and North Hills.
Question: What will the new office be called?
Answer: Oberlin Road Pediatrics Midtown
Question: Will the providers float between offices or stay at one location?
Answer: Providers will be floating between the two offices.
Question: Will there be a new phone number for that office?
Answer: No, we will have our same phone number for both locations.
Question: Will you accept new patients at that location?
Answer: Not yet! We have hired two new providers to help with our current base of patients. Once we can make sure all our current patients can be seen and hire more providers, we will have a controlled process to welcome new patients.
Question: Why are you opening a new location?
Answer: We have listened to our patient base and want to make sure we can see you! With no more space to expand or grow at the current location, we are expanding to a nearby location which will be a satellite practice. Everything will run and work the same way as the current location.
Question: Will there be night and weekend clinic at both locations?
Answer: No, we will only have night and weekend clinic at one location.
