Our Services
Sick Children
Morning Walk-In Clinic
Established patients may walk in without an appointment from 7:00-8:30 am Monday thru Friday except Holidays. These visits are for acute problems, such as ear pain, sore throats, vomiting, wheezing, etc. Please do not walk in outside of these hours or on the weekends. We will see as many patients as feasible during this time, and we will schedule the remaining patients for an acute visit during our regular office hours.
Sick Visits
Regular scheduled office hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday thru Friday. We try to examine any sick child the same day a family member calls, so we reserve appointments for urgent problems every day.
Evening and Weekend appointments
Just can’t wait until the next day, or midday appointments are impossible for you? In addition to the early morning walk-in clinic, we also schedule visits for acutely sick children from 6-8 pm weekdays, as well as during Saturday and Sunday acute care clinic. These appointments are only for established patients. All of these appointments are scheduled by speaking with the phone nurse on the morning of the visit.
Well Child appointments
Regular complete physical examinations are recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and encouraged by our office for health maintenance, disease prevention, and parental guidance. Such appointments should be scheduled several weeks to months in advance, especially in the spring and summer when school and camp physicals are in high demand. Please allow 5 business days for the completion of school and camp forms based on a previous examination (within 12 months).
During the Spring and Summertime, we have a limited number of Well Child appointments during Saturdays with Drs. Mack and Wooten.
Scheduled Medical Consultations
We schedule longer visits for consultation regarding chronic medical and behavioral issues. These include issues such as long standing abdominal pain, fatigue, sleep problems, developmental concerns, learning problems, and behavioral issues. We encourage you to schedule these visits with your Primary Care Physician.
